How can I pay?
You can pay with credit or debit card, or via PayPal.
If I choose a monthly membership, when are payments taken?
The first monthly payment is taken on the day you start the subscription and then on the same day each month thereafter.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
There is no contract with either of our memberships. For our monthly membership, you can cancel anytime and no further payments will be taken. For our 1-year membership, payment will only be taken on the day you subscribe, and your membership will cancel automatically after one year.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you sign up for our monthly membership, you can find the Cancel option under Subscriptions in My Account. Our 1-year membership is non-recurring, so no action is needed to cancel this (it will happen automatically 1 year after you signed up). To cancel your account and access immediately, and delete your data from our records, please email [email protected].
What happens to my content if I cancel?
Your content is safe and ready for you in case you wish to resume your membership. If you would like all your custom word lists and lesson plans to be deleted immediately, please email [email protected].
Can I get an invoice?
Absolutely! We are currently working on automatic invoice generation, but in the meantime please email [email protected] and we will be happy to provide you with a custom invoice.
